Networking Across Your City
As a life long resident of North Little Rock, it's a pleasure to serve the Lord, and my community through River City Ministry (RCM). I attended Harding University, married my wife Mary, 37 years ago, and we have 3 grandchildren. I worked in a family business for 18 years, for the U.S. Postal Service for 10 years and have been at RCM now for 8 years. Our family attends the Levy Church of Christ, where I have served as a deacon, a shepherd and staff member.

Jeff Spry grew up in the home of a military family traveling from coast-to-coast during his early preschool and elementary years. When his father retired in 1975 from the Air Force, his family returned to their home area in Manchester, Tennessee where he finished high school. He and his wife, Tammy, have been married since 1981 and they have two adult children, Amanda, who recently married a college head baseball coach and lives in Columbia, KY where she teaches high school geometry; and Tyler who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in finance and investments and is an agent with Northwestern Mutual Financial Services.
Jeff completed his undergraduate work at Middle Tennessee State University and his graduate work at Oklahoma Christian University. Having spent most of his career on a ministerial staff in a local church, he first came to Little Rock at the invitation of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in West Little Rock in 1991. He actually served two different stints at Pleasant Valley – first serving there from 1991 to 1994 and then in August 2002 the elders invited him to return where he served until January 2009 when he launched City Connections, Inc.
He is the founder and Executive Director of City Connections, Inc., a non-profit organization whose primary mission is help people of faith see our city as a “mission field” and give back to our community! City Connections has a bias this happens best when volunteers serve with and through one of the leading non-profit organizations in their specific area of interest and gifting.
